Launched in August 2023, Music Capital is a media outlet that highlights the best of Austin's robust live music scene. It gives music fans up-close-and-personal looks at artists through in-depth interviews and behind-the-scenes photos.
Elisa Regulski, Co-founder
Elisa Regulski is an Austin-based music journalist and singer. Her music reviews and artist interviews have been published on Thrillist, Glide Magazine, Rock and Roll Report, and Speakers in Code. She studied music at Oklahoma City University and earned a M.A in Mass Communication from Texas State University.
Evan Crowley, Co-founder
Evan Crowley is a videographer and musician who has filmed hundreds of music videos in the Austin area. He works as the Video Director at Lightstream Media, where he films concerts at the Haute Spot Event Venue, photographs bands behind the scenes at Spectra Studios, and coordinates events with touring musicians.
Chris Welhausen , Photographer
Chris Welhausen is a music photographer based out of Austin, Texas. His passion for showcasing local & regional music has led him to photographing bands of all shapes, sizes, and genres across the Texas music scene.
